Clay has trained 40+ employees with us
Why they call us the “Harvard” of GTM Engineering

From SDR to GTM Engineer at Octave
“The 1-1 coaching and course material completely shifted how I think about sales and the entire GTM motion. The materials were next-level, but what really changed everything was the network — being connected with top operators opened doors I didn’t know existed.”

Hired at Understory — promoted within a year
Natalia joined Understory as GTM Ops Manager and was promoted to Senior within a year: “I own the operational infrastructure that keeps GTM and RevOps moving as one connected system” — across Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, n8n, and Claude. Watch her story →

Two offers from top GTME agencies
“Joining [Bootprint] was the best decision in my life so far, without doubt! Thinking back about it, it wasn’t really a hard decision for me to make!”

3 offers in his last week
“It was my last week at Clay Bootcamp and had offers from 3 claygencies, no joke!” Sarmad helped kickstart a Clay revolution in Pakistan and founded his own agency. He went on to coach Javeria Shah to a Clay Cup win in 2025. Watch his story →

2. And ship something real
You’ll finish this program with something that creates value for your company — and will drive them and your career forward.
Diagnose — what’s worth building, and in what order.
We’ll take you through our diagnostic process to find the most impactful places to focus, and in which order.
Scope — a plan of attack.
Together we’ll scope what you’ll build, to “right size” it, and to minimize risk.
Build — twelve weeks of 1-1 support.
We match you with 1–3 technical coaches specialized in your stack and use cases, for twelve weeks of 1-1 sessions building the real thing.
Plan for ~10 hours/week of on-the-job work.
And ship something real.
We push you all the way to something that you and your team will actually put to use.
There’s nothing quite like the satisfaction and value of launching something real in production and having you and your team use it.
No project yet?
Plenty of people arrive between roles, or in a job where nothing’s ready to hand over. We’ll help you pick something worth building anyway — a real workflow for a client, a portfolio-grade system in your own stack, or something sandboxed to demo to your boss.
Aiming for a new role?
Shipping something real is the strongest job application in this industry — but it isn’t the whole search, and we do the rest too: custom job matching, the LinkedIn “Kingmaker” Lab, and hunting support, led by our Head of Placement, Bharat Devana.

3. Join a legendary GTM Engineering community
And never fall behind.
Come for the incredible education, stay for the life-changing community (🥾). Once you’re in, you’re in, and this tribe can, and does, change many lives.
From it, people get jobs, launch agencies, close clients – and keep learning and stay motivated as they uplevel in this fast-changing industry.
It has helped spark movements internationally – from #GirlsWhoClay with legendary Marina Ghilchik to the vibrant community in Pakistan (Sarmad, Nayab, Taimoor, Manahil), to changing lives like this story about Sandra Uche in Nigeria.
But the most extraordinary is in the whole-hearted givingness of community members who just love to help and give back in ordinary (but heroic) ways.
From our community catalysts like Igor, Bharat, Prashant, Heather, Vikrant, Kushagra… to students generously sharing knowledge and presenting on office hours, to the countless DMs that have changed lives, many a DM far past midnight, helping others unblock a time-sensitive project.
As far as community – even our admissions process starts with meeting a successful graduate like Bharat, Prashant, or Arash.

YapingWe weave you into the network — fast
Having a great community is not enough; new students need to be woven into that network in order to benefit. Our aim is for each new student to meet at least 8 relevant others in the network before their second week ends. We’ve tested and refined a process around this that will get you plugged in.
A career-changing program, built for ROI
We tailor the program and pricing to each student. The investment is meaningful and in line with top bootcamps — because this is the most intensive GTM Engineering training available. Whether you’re going independent or accelerating your career, graduates tell us it’s the highest-ROI investment they’ve made.

Frequently Asked Questions
We build the foundation around four core curriculums — Clay For Careers, the Claude Code Cohort, the Cold Email Machine, and the CRM & RevOps Masterclass — and which of them you work through depends on your goals.
Beyond those, because our program is so 1-1 focused, we can typically find someone to teach any technology you want to learn. We have a bench of 15+ coaches that we tap to ensure students have a great match.
Some technologies include (but are not limited to): Clay, Claude Code, AI, CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio), Supabase, n8n, trigger.dev, Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach.
Students join on a rolling basis, and can get started immediately, though there are some cohort-like elements to parts of the program.
Yes, you can pause as needed. We encourage you to do this as needed, keeping in mind that momentum is also important.
Accomplished GTMEs or adjacent professionals often join for the network, career help, and increasingly for some of our advanced curriculums.
And if you have ideas of advanced things you want to learn, we can likely help you, due to being able to match you with great-fit coaches based on your specific use cases and goals.
Beginners often join us, which is great. We just ask that you’re sure that you want to commit to becoming a GTME before committing to Bootprint, as it’s a significant investment (time, money) for most people.
Sometimes people worry about burning up valuable coaching hours on the basics. That’s largely what the core curriculums are for — they cover the fundamentals, so your 1-1 time goes to what’s specific to you.
Some people join the community immediately and delay the start date of other parts of the program, allowing them to feel prepared, while accelerating their success via the community.
Yes! It’s fairly common for co-founders or teammates to join together. We typically train both separately on different projects, with access to each others’ workspaces.
We are the most intensive GTM Engineering program that exists, and we customize it heavily towards your goals.
You get access to our four core curriculums — Clay For Careers, the Claude Code Cohort, the Cold Email Machine, and the CRM & RevOps Masterclass — plus 1-1 coaching matched to what you’re building, mentorship, job support, and the network.
On top of that, we and our partners cover $1,750+ in tool costs — so there’s one program fee and few other costs to worry about.
Because you get so much 1-1 attention and customization on many fronts, the price reflects that, but it is generally in line with other top bootcamps in other industries.
We’ve had successful students from all sorts of backgrounds and career stages, so there’s no single profile that works. Two factors matter a lot: the ability to put in the time, and an action-oriented mindset.
Regarding time, you have to put in the time to turn small steps into a giant (career) leap. We only let students in who can commit a minimum of 10 hours per week for the duration of the program.
The rest is about making use of everything in the program: the curriculums, prioritizing real building, showing up in the community. The students who get the most from the program are really proactive.
A sales or technical background often means a shorter learning curve, but neither is necessary.
I (Nathan Lippi) had a background in development/engineering and growth marketing. After quitting my job at PandaDoc, I started a GTM Engineering agency with a few others before the industry had a name.
I discovered Clay, was hooked, and eventually went out on my own! We started teaching people Clay + a little code, and over time the company has evolved into something much bigger than just me, with an incredible community.
For a while we taught only Clay, and leaned on 1-1 coaching to fill the gaps. When Claude Code appeared, it became obvious that Clay was one important part of a much bigger universe — so we built real curriculums. We now have four, three of which have little to do with Clay itself.
Eventually our identity was being held back by a name we’d outgrown, so in 2026 Clay Bootcamp became Bootprint. I wrote up the whole story — the criteria, the agonizing, and why the boot stayed here.
I’m so proud we have so many top-tier mentors, coaches, and other community members involved in making this program great!
